About these rates: The rates shown are the weekly U.S. averages for 30-year and 15-year fixed-rate mortgages from the Freddie Mac Primary Mortgage Market Survey® (PMMS®), retrieved from the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis (FRED®). The data presented is an average assuming 1 discount point, a 20% down payment, and an 800 FICO score on a conforming conventional loan. The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for each product is calculated from the average note rate above, treating 1 discount point (1% of the loan amount) as a prepaid finance charge amortized over the full loan term (360 months for the 30-year and 180 months for the 15-year). PMMS data is collected Monday through Wednesday of the week it is released and may not reflect current rates, fees, or points available. This is not an offer of credit and is not a commitment to lend. Your rate, APR, and terms will be based on your individual credit, income, down payment, property, and loan program, and may differ from these averages. All loans, credit, and collateral are subject to underwriting approval. Equal Housing Lender.
